Watercooled aftercoolers to reduce the temperature of compressed air/gas down to 5°C above the water supply inlet temperature.

The aftercooler ribbed tubing design offers high heat exchange efficiency with minimal pressure drops. An endless range of models includes fixed and removable aftercoolers, high pressure configurations and versions with special materials for any gas and water quality requirement.

Refrigerated air dryer for general purpose drying application on low and high pressures compressed air. Flow capacity of 10 cfm to 5,000 cfm limited to positive pressure dewpoints of +37.4°F (+3°C), +44.6°F (+7°C) or +50°F (+10°C) suitable for removal of bulk water and moisture.

Dryer uses a set of heat exchangers or a single heat exchanger (with chambers) first to pre-cool the air; second, to refrigerate the air to condense out moisture vapor; and last, to re-heat the air to prevent pipe sweating downstream.

Water chillers operate continuously and efficiently whatever the conditions. All models standardly accept water inlet temperatures up to 30°C with a delta t of up to 15°C; ambient temperatures up to (45°C) are permitted. The range covers cooling capacities from 2 to 360 kW.
